Proposal
Signed witness declarations for your class case, priced by result.
We call the people on your class list, interview them in English or Spanish, write each declaration and get it signed. You pay a base fee, then only for the declarations that come back signed.
1
The work this replaces
Reaching putative class members takes several call attempts per person, and most attempts go unanswered. Each interview that does happen has to be written up as a declaration and checked against what the witness actually said. On a list of a few hundred people, that is weeks of staff time.
Our system runs the whole thing, end to end. It calls the list, runs the interview, writes the declaration and sends it to the witness for signature. What comes back to you is signed declarations.
2
It runs on its own. You review only if you want to.
This is built to take the work off your team, not to hand them a pile of drafts. By default nothing waits on you: each declaration goes to the witness for signature as soon as the interview ends.
Want to see it work first?
For the first one or two runs, you can have every declaration wait for your approval before it goes out. Once you are comfortable with what the agent produces, turn that off and it runs end to end.
Speed is what gets signatures.
A witness who receives the declaration right after the call is far more likely to sign it than one who waits days. Every declaration held for review goes out later, and fewer of those come back signed.

How it works
- You give us the class list and approve the interview script.
- We call each person and record the interview with their consent.
- The system writes the declaration from the interview.
- The declaration goes to the witness for signature, right after the call.
- The witness signs. The signed declaration lands in your dashboard, and that is when it is billed.
4
What you receive for each witness
- A signed declaration on California pleading paper with your caption.
- The call recording and a full transcript.
- A side-by-side view that ties every sentence in the declaration to the witness's own words in the transcript.
- Flags on anything in the declaration that is not a direct quote, so you can see it at a glance.
5
Your dashboard
Everything lands in one private dashboard for your team. You do not chase files or listen to calls to find out where the case stands.
- Every interview in one list, with its status, its length, and whether the witness agreed to sign. Search by name, phone or date.
- Claim strength at a glance. Each interview shows how strongly the witness supports each claim in the case.
- The case as a whole. How much support each claim has across all witnesses, who your strongest declarants are, and which other class members were named on calls.
- One page per witness with the recording, the transcript, the declaration and anything flagged for an attorney.
- Step in whenever you want. Open any declaration, read it against the transcript, and hold it if something looks off.

The price
There are two separate charges: a base for the case, and a price for each signed declaration.
- BaseOne fee for the case, paid up front. It depends on the size of the class list.$250
- Signed declarationCharged on top of the base, only when the witness signs.$10 each
- QuestionsAdded to each signed declaration, for every question in the script you approve.$0.75 per question
| People on the class list | Base |
| Up to 250 | $250 |
| 251 to 500 | $500 |
| 501 to 750 | $750 |
| 751 to 1,000 | $1,000 |
The base does not count toward signed declarations.
The base covers calling the list and running the interviews. Each signed declaration is charged in addition to it: $10, plus $0.75 for each question in the script. A 20-question script is $25 per signed declaration, whatever the base is.

Estimated total for this case
$0
| Base, paid up front | |
| Each signed declaration | |
| Total if fewer sign | |
| Total if more sign | |
The number who sign is a planning estimate, not a guarantee. We plan on 10% to 25% of the list. You are billed for the actual number signed.
Included in the price
- Every call attempt, answered or not.
- Building the interview script with you.
- The dashboard for your team.
What you do not pay for
- Interviews that start and do not finish.
- Declarations the witness declines to sign.
- Setup.
7
Control and compliance
- We only dial people you have cleared for contact.
- The calling approach is built around TCPA consent rules, and nothing goes out until you sign off on the consent basis.
- The agent introduces itself as an AI assistant calling for your firm, and asks permission before recording.
- If a person says they have their own attorney, the interview ends there.
- You approve the script before the first call. Reviewing individual declarations is optional.

What we need from you to start
- The class list, with the people cleared for contact.
- The consent basis for calling them.
- The claims in the case, so we can draft the script for your approval.
- Your caption for the pleading paper.

Next step
Twenty minutes. I will walk you through the dashboard and run a live call so you can hear the interview yourself.
